  • Pre-Made Items: These are ready-to-ship products that are available for immediate purchase.
  • Pre-Order Items: These are products that are not yet in stock or are custom-made, and require a waiting period before delivery.

Q: How do I know if an item is pre-made or pre-order?
Each product is clearly labeled as either "Pre-Made" or "Pre-Order" on the product page. If you’re unsure, check the product description for details.


Pre-Made Items

Q: How quickly will I receive pre-made items?
Pre-made items are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Delivery time depends on your selected shipping method.

Q: Can I return or exchange pre-made items?
